CETRA BASE is currently looking for different senior profiles to support EUSPA, the EU Agency for the Space Programme.
Positions are based at any of the following EUSPA sites: GSMC Spain (San Martín de la Vega), GSMC France (Saint-Germain-en-Laye), GNSS Service Centre (Torrejón de Ardoz).
Tasks and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will carry-out the following activities:
- Operating the security monitoring and incident response systems deployed at GSMC for supervising the security and system status of the system using dedicated security tools;
- Incident handling of any security alerts raised by the GSMC security tools by following operational procedures which cover security alert monitoring, incident categorisation and triage, incident response strategy and definition of recovery strategies;
- Contributing to the review and refinement of the incident handling processes in order to optimise GSMC incident response capabilities;
- Maintaining the lessons learnt knowledge base following incident closures;
- Supporting the EUSPA Operational Analysts daily tasks
Essential qualifications and experience
- University degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in Space projects
- 5+ years of experience on a similar role
- Excellent team worker
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Proficiency level in English, both written and spoken
- Eligible for security clearance
- Availability to travel within Europe
Security
In line with security requirements of the EU Space programme the candidate shall be a citizen of a European Union state.
This position requires the candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
